Fight of Faith respects the people who fund this ministry. Donors and foundations should know exactly how we treat their names and gift records.

What we collect from donors

When you give, we may keep:

Name and contact information
Gift date, amount, and method
Designation, if you gave one
Notes you asked us to remember

We keep these records to thank you, steward funds, and meet legal and accounting duties.

What we will not do

Fight of Faith does not sell, rent, or trade donor information.

We do not publish a donor’s name, gift amount, or employer without permission.

We do not share donor lists with other ministries for their fundraising.

Who may see gift records

Access is limited to people who must have it: ministry leadership, bookkeeping, and professional advisors under confidentiality.

We may disclose information if required by law, a valid legal process, or a bank or payment-processor investigation.

Public thanks

If we ever list Bible partners or ministry friends on the site or in a report, we will ask first. You may give quietly. Say so when you give, or email [email protected].

Foundations and churches

Grant files and reports will use only the information needed to describe the work and the use of funds. We will not share a foundation’s internal notes or a church’s donor file.

Emails and updates

We may send a thank-you and occasional ministry reports. You may opt out of updates at any time. Gift-record notices and legal notices may still be sent.
