Fight of Faith (“we,” “us”) is a Florida nonprofit corporation. This policy explains how we handle information on fightoffaith.org and related ministry communications.

Who this is for

This site serves supporters, churches, donors, and charitable foundations who want to learn about the work and stand with it. We collect only what we need to answer you, receive gifts, ship Bibles, and report on the ministry.

What we collect

You may give us:

  • Name, email, phone, and mailing address
  • Messages from contact or prayer forms
  • Gift details and the processor used
  • Shipping details for Bible orders
  • Basic device data such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location

Payment card numbers are handled by the payment app you use (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Cash, X Money). We do not store full card numbers on this website.

How we use information

We use it to:

  • Respond to questions and prayer requests
  • Receive and acknowledge gifts
  • Ship or coordinate Bible deliveries
  • Send ministry updates you asked for
  • Keep records required by law
  • Improve the website and protect it from abuse

We do not sell your information.

Who we share with

We share information only when needed:

  • Payment processors to complete a gift
  • Email or hosting providers that run this site
  • Shipping or Bible vendors when you send product to us

We do not rent or trade supporter lists.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No website is fully secure. Please do not send highly sensitive personal data through a public form.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and gift records as long as needed for ministry, accounting, and legal duties, then delete or archive them in the ordinary course.

Your choices

We will still keep records we must keep for tax, legal, or financial purposes.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
